In my personal opinion; I do NOT see the Green Transition taking Full effect in  commercial sector as swift as many believe, specially with current Geo-Political Climate.

The goals most countries are setting are long term, and If the recent history is any indication, not all parties are capable of ushering the required transition, some are too late to the game, some are too ambitious, and some providers don’t divulge or admit to all  big obstacles & hurdles they haven’t overcome yet. 

A quick survey of more established Green players would indicates; in most cases they’ve been around for decades, along the way they had a lot of failures, many going back to the white board moments, pivots and re-imagination.

We understand "learning from your competitors mistakes" and trying your best to avoiding theirs, however some aspects of this transition, specially in more commercial areas are entirely new domains!

DO NOT FALL FOR TRENDY PLAYERS. 

The honest truth is: not most players, and specially essential suppliers to said players are NOT domestically based or sourced!, not to mention Natural elements (resources) which are essential for such Revolution. 

If the pace which they’re hoping for matches their rhetoric ; they need to outsource some aspects of it, or the transition won’t be as fast as they'd hope. 

We  just did NOT invest, or haven't kept up the investments in most underlying pieces which are required for Full Green Transition as broadly and as intelligently as certain other countries. 

If they are as serious about the "Complete Green Transition" as their Rhetoric; The efforts needs to be as Global as the Goals which are set; Green transition is a Global effort so the commitment has to be as well, not to mention the pieces required to make it work are spread around the globe or not cost effective/ impossible to fully insourcedue to domestic regulations! Achieving Complete Green Transition can NOT be done in absence of GLOBAL COOPERATION.

Lastly, a certain part of this transition just cannot be cost-effectively produced domestically, just like any other product. FREE TRADE
